The account of Jesus being tempted in the wilderness is found in Matthew 4, Mark 1, and Luke 4. What event immediately precedes the temptation in the wilderness?
All 3 accounts emphasize that He was led by the spirit into the wilderness to be tempted, as if this was necessary according to God’s will. What lesson might we learn from that?
